Amendments to Child Support Guidelines

The child support guidelines (N.D Admin. Code ch. 75-02-04.1) are amended effective July 1, 2023. The amended guidelines result from the quadrennial review that commenced in the summer of 2022. More information about the amended guidelines, including a fact sheet summarizing the changes, can be found on this site.

The next quadrennial review will commence in the summer of 2026.
